The client's request for a steel balcony with concealed drainage was fulfilled by integrating hidden drainage into the flooring, waterproofing the structure with GRP, and adding another level atop with composite joists and decking. Our frameless system glass, equipped with privacy screens, adorned one side, complemented by fascia covering and wall paneling underneath. Steel posts were clad with tiles for a polished finish, with two Frameless Juliets installed on each side to meet the client's specifications.
